A Jerusalem police representative on Sunday was pleased to phone a woman to inform her that they recovered the money that was stolen from her while she was in a catering hall. She was invited to come to the station to claim her money.

Police report that in December 2018, they received a complaint of the theft of NIS 900 from the purse of a woman while she was dancing at a wedding in a catering hall in the Talpiot area of southern Jerusalem.

Police succeeded in identifying the thief, a woman in her 40s who was a guest at the same chasenah. The woman was taken into custody and has since returned the amount stolen.
