10:20AM Israel Time: Givati Brigade infantry soldiers are operating in Hamas-controlled Gaza, in the area of el-Bureij. They are being supported by armor-plated bulldozers, armored vehicles, tanks and air support, as Israel steps-up its offensive against Hamas-based terror.

According to unconfirmed Palestinian Authority reports, there are exchanges of gunfire taking place at this time involving terrorists armed with automatic weapons and shoulder-held rockets. No injuries are being reported among IDF soldiers.
