Hamas officials are fearful that Israel is digging tunnels which will ultimately serve to abduct Hamas leaders from Gaza.

A report appearing in the London-based Arabic language al-Shark al-Awsat quoting PA Minister Said Siam as accusing Israel of preparing the tunnels to apprehend senior Hamas officials. He also had harsh words for Egypt, which he accuses of treating Hamas leaders the same as the opposition Muslim Brotherhood.
