Labor Party leader Defense Minister Ehud Barak announced on Thursday that his party will stand at the forefront of the opposition to prevent implementation of reforms that will impact the High Court of Justice.

As was reported earlier in the week HERE on YWN, former High Court President Prof. Aaron Barak warned that Justice Minister Daniel Friedman bringing the nation’s judicial system to the brink of disaster, explaining he is not the correct man for his senior post, and if permitted to proceed with his reforms, he will compromise the integrity and sovereignty of the nation’s court.

DM Barak stated he and his party will not permit the reforms to advance, explaining they will not permit anyone to compromise the nation’s judicial system.
