On January 20, 2019, the family of terrorist ‘Ammar’ Ammar Barghouti was informed of the IDF’s intention to demolish his house.

Barghouti, along with his brother, carried out the shooting attack at the Ofra Junction on December 9, 2018, in which infant Amiad Yisrael HY”D was killed and seven other civilians were wounded, as well as the shooting attack at Givat Assaf Junction on December 13, 2018, which claimed the lives of Nachal Chareidi soldiers Yosef Cohen HY”D and Yuval Mor Yosef HY”D.

In addition, Nachal Chareidi soldier Netanel [Ilan ben Shana Tziporah] Felber remains in need of Rachmei Shomayim as a result of his gunshot wounds to his head.

The terrorist family was given the opportunity to file an appeal against the planned demolition until 23 January 2019.
