Magen David Adom, the nation’s primary emergency medical service provider, has also learned some lessons from the Second Lebanon War.
One example of this is the organization’s new underground bomb shelter, situated under its Haifa Headquarters.
The new bomb shelter is 600 square meters, refurbished to a state-of-the-art operations command center and treatment facility at a cost of NIS 1.5 million.
