Israel Police announced on Monday morning that six suspects have been taken into custody following a covert investigation into crimes that include bribery, money laundering, fraud and breach of trust. The suspects in custody include employees of the Israel Tax authority.
According to the suspicion, the employees in the Tax Authority acted ostensibly in the framework of his position to promote the benefit of others, in violation of the law. The investigation was carried out by the Lahav 433 Unit, the department’s Major Crimes Unit.
