Miki Goldwasser, the mother of captive IDF soldier Ehud Goldwasser released harsh criticism against the government of Prime Minister Ehud Olmert.
Addressing a Hebrew University audience, Mrs. Goldwasser explained the prime minister wishes to exhibit an image of a leader who wants the captives returned home without paying a price for their release. The event was organized towards assisting the families of the captives towards obtaining their release.
Mrs. Goldwasser questioned who will assist in efforts towards freeing the hostages while the Knesset and cabinet take a 1.5 month recess ahead of the summer session which gets underway in mid-May.
She questioned the government’s policy, an unwillingness to trade imprisoned terrorists for the release of the soldiers.
Goldwasser was taken prisoner along with fellow soldier Eldad Regev in July 2006, an incident which led to the start of the Second Lebanon War.

Why do you have a picture of Gilad Shalit next to an article about Ehud Goldwasser??
May Hashem help them all to be released speedily!
Miki Goldwasser, is the wife of Ehud Goldwasser and not the mother as printed in your article. May Hashem return the soliders safely and quickly to their families and homes.
