Authorities permit reporting that on February 25th, Hamas terrorist Muhmad Qassam was taken into custody while acting as a protestor involved in a demonstration decrying human rights violations in Hamas-controlled Gaza.

Qassam admitted to authorities that he was planning an attack against IDF soldiers, also admitting he has carried out attacks in the past.
