An 11-year-old girl from a Beis Yaakov in Tel Tzion, located in the Binyamin Regional Council of Shomron, sustained critical injuries due to an accident in the school on Tuesday morning. It appears she was playing with a rope with friends when the accident occurred. She was R”L Niftar after being rushed to Jerusalem’s Shaare Zedek Hospital.
United Hatzalah EMT David Maimon explains the response was immediate, within a minute, and they began resuscitation efforts when they arrived on the scene as the child was in cardiac arrest. She was transported to Shaare Zedek Hospital in Jerusalem as CPR continued.
The incident is being investigated. Levaya information has not yet been released.

Binyamin is not in the Shomron, it is in Binyamin. Judea and Samaria is divided into Shomron, Binyamin, Jordan Valley, Gush Etzion, Hebron Hills/Judea. Alternatively, Shomron is called Ephraim (hills).
