The terror alert in the Holon and Bat Yam areas was called off on Sunday morning following the arrest of four Palestinian Authority residents found illegally inside Israel proper. The four were arrested on Yosef Tal Street in Bat Yam, with authorities stating one is wanted for questioning by security authorities.

The alert prompted police to send all available units into the streets to prevent a terror attack, ordering a helicopter into the air, and Magen David Adom moved to a level III alert, one level below a state-of-emergency.

Police report that the four are in custody, adding there was no bomb or bomb belt found as some reports indicated.
