Hundreds marched in the Shomron with their hands bound on Tuesday evening from the Barkan Industrial Park, the site of the terrorist attack that claimed the lives of Kim Levengrond-Yehezkel, 28, and Ziv Hajbi, 35 H”YD.
Joining the march were family members of the victims, as well as Yossi Dagan, the head of the Shomron Regional Council. They had their hands bound together to highlight the fact the terrorist, whose identity is known to security agencies, remains at large. They also protested government policy restricting and stopping construction in Jewish communities in Shomron.
