The Hebron Jewish community is busy preparing for Yomtov, including chol hamoed, when tens of thousands are expected to visit the Holy City.

Community spokesman Noam Arnon announced this year’s theme is “Israel Celebrates Pesach in Hebron”, a slogan that will appear on adverts for the Yomtov events and schedule.

The main Yomtov events will take place on Wednesday and Thursday, the first and second days of chol hamoed. A major event is planned on Thursday, including Lipa Schmeltzer.
