The police emergency dispatcher received a call from a farmer from Julis, explaining as they were harvesting olives, in an orchard near the caller’s home, they found suspicious items, which appeared to be components for pipe bombs. Julis is a Druze village in northern Israel.

The bomb squad was dispatched, closing off the area, and the items, which were indeed real bomb components, were neutralized without incident.

Police are investigating.
