Baruch Dayan Emmes: Reb Mordechai HaCohen Wallach Z”L was niftar on Sunday morning, 26 Marcheshvan, at the age of 98. Rav Wolch was the elder of the Vishnitz Chassidim in eretz yisrael.

The niftar was born in Romania in 5681 to Rav Shalom Meir Z”L who was in the circle of the Saba Kadisha, the ‘Ahavas Yisrael’ and the’ Damesek Eliezer’ ZT”L in Vishnitz in Romania.

Those who knew him explain “he was a chossid with all his heart and soul”. Persons interviewed told BeChadrei Chareidim that he was liked by all, always with a kind word and smile, and frequently seen on the benches of the beis medrash.

The levaya was at 1:30PM on Sunday from the Main Vishnitz Beis Medrash via the main shul in Shikun Gimmel at 74 Chazon Ish Street in Bnei Brak to the Vishnitz cemetery for kvura.
