Beit Knesset Kehilat Bnei Torah in Har Nof, Yerushalayim, the site of the terror attack in which four kedoshim were slaughtered during shachris, will be holding a yahrzeit service for the community at large.
Avreichim, Avos u’Banim and residents of the community will all take part in the event, which is scheduled for this coming Motzei Shabbos Chayei Sara in the shul, set to begin at 7:00PM. At 8:00PM, HaGaon HaRav Binyamin Finkel Shlita will deliver words of hisorarus and chizuk. Prizes will be distributed to the children. The shul is located at 5 Agassi Street in Har Nof.
Four kedoshim were murdered in the attack; HaRav Moshe Twersky HY”D, Rav Aryeh Kupinsky HY”D, Rav Kalman Levine HY”D, and R’ Avraham Goldberg HY”D. A fifth, R’ Chaim Rothman was fatally injured and was mortar about a year after the attack.
The attack occurred during shachris in the shul in 2014.
In addition to the five, a policeman, a member of the Druse community who was a hero, gave his life in the line of duty to save others. The Mora D’asra of the shul, HaGaon HaRav Yitzchak Mordechai HaKohen Rubin Shlita attended his funeral.

R’ Chaim Rothman was also fatally injured and died almost a year later. So there were five kedoshim. Please correct this in the article.
Absolutely tragic and horrifying. I remember when I found out about this on the news at the time, I was in disbelief hoping it wasn’t true. Sadly even our frum shuls has had more than it’s share of attacks. This goes to show you that some of the stupid and reckless comments regarding the Pittsburgh Non-frum synagogue attack commenting that those types of tragedies wouldn’t happen to the frum shuls. How insensitive those types of comments must have been to loved ones who indeed lost those to terror in frum shul settings over the years.
You forgot R’ Chaim Yechiel Rotman whose yahrtzeit is not the same date but passed away about a year later from his injuries from the attack and is also one of the kedoshim.
