Another electric hike is set in Israel for after Pesach, an additional 6%. The cost of a kilowatt hour will be 63.2 agorot, an increase of 3.2 agorot per kilowatt hour. Israel Electric Company officials were seeking a 10-12% increase. Following suit will be the price of water, set to increase by 2.4%.

Electric company officials are planning at least one additional increase in 2013.
