Members of the New Israel Fund-backed “Standing Together” group placed several signs in Hebrew University reading, “Reserved for Lara Alqasem.”

In response, student activists from the Zionist organization Im Tirtzu replaced Alqasem’s name with victims of recent terror attacks.

Tamir Jacobi, a student activist in Im Tirtzu’s Hebrew University branch, said: “BDS supporters like Alqasem have no place in the university or in Israel. Instead, we are saving places in memory of those who were murdered over the past few weeks: Ari Fuld, Kim Levengrond and Ziv Hajbi.”
