Police are investigating a report from High Court Justice David Mintz, that Arabs tried to attack him in his vehicle, but B’chasdei Hashem, he managed to escape unharmed.
Mintz, who is Shomer Shabbat, is a resident of the Shomron community of Talmon, in the Binyamin Regional Council.
He reports that on Monday morning, a number of Palestinians tried to attack him in his vehicle as he was driving from his home. According to police, Justice Mintz was driving on Route 463 and when he arrived at Parsa Junction, near Talmon, a vehicle with PA (Palestinian Authority) license plates tried to block his vehicle. Three men got out of that vehicle and headed towards him, with hammers in hand. When he realized what was about to occur, Mintz hit the gas and fled the scene B”H.
Police are probing if this was just ‘another’ attack by Palestinians against Jewish motorists, or if they were out to get the High Court justice. Mintz gave his detailed report to police after presiding over hearings during the morning hours on Monday.
