The relatives of Ashraf Walid Suleiman Na’alwa, the suspect in Sunday’s double murder terror attack in Barkan, have been arrested by IDF forces and Shin Bet Security Services. Na’alwa murdered Kim Levengrond Yehezkel and Ziv Hajbi in a terror attack that was carried out just after 7:30 a.m. in the industrial zone of the Samarian town of Barkan. A third civilian was seriously injured in the attack.
The IDF Spokesperson issued a statement which read: “At this time, IDF and ISA forces continue to pursue the assailant Ashraf Waleed Suliman Na’alwa, who murdered Kim Yehezkel and Ziv Hajbi and injured an additional civilian during today’s shooting attack in the industrial area of Barkan. ”
“IDF troops arrived at the house of the assailant, located in the village of Shuweika, north of Tulkarm, and surveyed the residence. In addition, the troops apprehended and questioned Palestinians suspected of assisting the terrorist. Simultaneously, security forces are searching the area.”
In an attempt to reassure the populace that all measures were being taken to find the terrorist, the IDF spokesperson closed the statement by saying: “The IDF and ISA forces will continue to operate in order to apprehend the assailant and ensure the safety of the civilians in the area, while increasing the intelligence and operational efforts.”
IDF and ISA forces are searching for the Palestinian terrorist who has murdered today in #Barkan 2 Israelis, both are parents of little children.
They have searched his home & arrested a few suspected accomplices.
