Police early Sunday morning, 28 Tishrei, arrested a man who is believed to have been spray painting swastikas on walls in Tel Aviv of late.
Police report the suspect was taken into custody during the predawn hours, describing him as a 30-year-old male who on different locations and at different venues, painted swastikas on walls of private buildings as well as public sites.
When the suspect’s belongings were checked, police found notebooks with inflammatory drawings, and he also created a physical appearance with one of the characteristics as the “oppressor”.
The suspect was arrested for questioning in the Yifrach district and he was arraigned later in the day with police asking to extend his detention.
