A police officer used strong physicality to remove a protester attempting to block Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu’s motorcade in northern Israel on Saturday night.
The suspect, a resident of Modi’in in his late 40s, suffered injuries after he ran into the street holding an Israeli flag and tackled to the ground by a security guard.
Police detained the suspect for questioning about the incident, which occurred in the Beit Shean area.

Bayit Yehudi MK Bezalel Smotrich was not pleased about the incident: “A person with a flag is not endangering the Prime Minister and there is no justification in the world for the violence towards him. The bully who violently attacked him is a criminal who should be tried.”
“We are in a democracy and demonstrating in front of the Prime Minister is allowed. No one should be beaten for it – and I have no idea who or what this protest was about, nor does it matter. This is a shameful embarrassment.”

Welcome to the Israeli police brutality. ..
I’m sure of it was a Arab with a PLO flag the reaction would’ve been different.
Epic
Same thing would’ve happened in America if a guy managed to run into the president’s motorcade.
Dear Mr. Smotrich,
If you have no idea who or what this protest was about, and all you so was this video where you don’t see who the person is nor what he did seconds before then your comments are out of place.
