A Herzliya woman has once again picked a winning ticket in Israel’s Mifal HaPayis lottery, her third. This time, she won 125,000 NIS.

In December 2012 the same woman won 250,000 NIS, and in 2004, she won 250,000 NIS as well.

She is quoted as saying “I can’t believe that I won again,” quite pleased to hear the news from lottery officials.
