(Yechiel Spira – YWN Israel) One must commend Kiryat Malachi police for finding a most unique way of combating rising crime statistics in the southern municipality.

According to a Galei Tzahal (Army Radio) report, police officials have succeeded in persuading potential complainants to forgo filing an official police report which in essence contributes towards lowering statistics addressing the increase in break-ins in the municipality.
