Police report a driver was taken into custody and his vehicle impounded after he was clocked driving 175 KPH on the Jerusalem-Tel Aviv Highway in a 90 KPH zone.

The motorcycle was driving towards Jerusalem when clocked with a radar gun traveling almost twice the legal speed limit. The arrest was made near the A-Zaim Checkpoint. The driver is an Arab resident of the eastern capital and his vehicle was impounded for thirty days.
