When an Israeli heading on a flight from Tel Aviv to Hong Kong placed his bag in security X-ray, he was somewhat surprised to see the response. Security agents quickly moved him aside and needless to say he was not permitted to head to check-in and obtain a boarding pass after they X-ray clearly showed he was carrying a gun in the bag.

The passenger was handed over to police. It appears that the weapon is legally registered to him and he forgot to take it out of his bag before heading to the airport.
