Beit Shemesh Mayor Moshe Abutbul explains he has been added to too many WhatsApp group, announcing he is leaving them and persons are not to add him to any future lists without his expressed permission. He explains the dozens of groups he is a member of simply take too much of his time.

Abutbul wrote, “I am taking a break from groups. Over time, I have joined and been drawn to many groups that require time to review the messages of members even if I do not respond”.

The mayor explains that if there are important matters, residents of the city may still contact him, stressing his request not to be added to any groups without prior permission.
