Many subscribers to Pelephone in Israel have recently been without service on three different occasions, and on Wednesday, Tzom Gedalyah, there was a fourth interruption in cellular service. Many subscribers reported difficulties when trying to make or receive a call during the morning hours.
The cause of the malfunction is probably a new system installed that is responsible for the connectivity of the calls.
Pelephone reported: “In the last few minutes, there have been specific problems in the Pelephone network, and the engineering teams and experts from HP are monitoring the network and examining the incident, and we apologize for the inconvenience.”
