When Hatzoloh responders arrived on the scene in Bnei Brak on Monday morning, 23 Elul, they found the victim, a 23-year-old man in cardiac arrest from choking while eating breakfast in an education institution in the city.
EMT Yisrael Adler reported “I found him, a man in his 20s, pulseless and we began CPR. He apparently choked on something while eating breakfast. They began CPR, instructed by the MDA dispatcher on the phone”.
MDA transported the man in serious/stable condition, to Beilinson Hospital in Petach Tikvah.
His name for Tehillim was not available.
