Hatzoloh responders working with MDA arrived at the scene of a pedestrian struck by an electric bicycle on HaRav Abuchatzera Street in Bnei Brak on Tuesday morning, 17 Elul.
The victim, a 35-year-old male, who was hit by the electric bike, was listed in moderate condition with head injuries, when MDA paramedics transported him to the Sheba Medical Center trauma unit.
Persons operating an electric bicycle are compelled to follow regulations, including wearing a helmet, using a hands-free phone device, follow traffic regulations, and staying off of sidewalks. It is unknown who was at fault in this above-reported case.

these electric bicycles scare me. the are very quiet and they zoom so fast and they are often used on the sidewalk….
