In the accompanying photo, we see a member of Israel Police guarding water faucets on Har Habayis to make certain non-Muslims do not use the water, for drinking or any other use, in line with regulations by the Muslim Waqf.
It should be noted that Gedolei Yisrael throughout the generations along with the Chief Rabbinate of Israel, have prohibited visiting Har Habayis as there is an Issur Kares.
