As reported earlier, the IDF Homefront Command has announced restrictions for all communities up to seven kilometers from the Gaza border.
One of the restrictions limits gathering to a maximum of 300 persons. As such, a planned Mordechai Ben David concert in the Netivot Stadium on Thursday, 28 Menachem Av, has been canceled.
The event will be rescheduled for another date, and ticket holders are advised their tickets will be honored on the alternate date, which is to be announced.
