After receiving the backing of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu in the Jerusalem mayoral race, candidate Ze’ev Elkin received yet another major endorsement, from the CEO of the Histadrut National Labor Federation. The announcement was made on Tuesday by Histadrut CEO Avi Nissankorn in a video he released to the public.

Nissankorn states he is confident that as mayor, Elkin will serve all the residents of the capital, and that a strong person is needed for the job, and Elkin can fill those shoes.
