Good news came out of Manchester England today for thousands of Chassidim around the world after the Vizhnitzer Rebbe’s surgery that took place on Tuesday was declared a success. The Rebbe’s heart surgery was a planned event and he is expected to stay for a short duration in the hospital to recuperate and heal before heading to the village of Llandudno in Wales for further recuperation and to continue his summer visit there.

According to the doctors at the hospital, the procedure was a complete success. While the surgery was taking place, thousands of Chassidim from around the world were reciting prayers for the welfare of the Rebbe.

The Rebbe is expected back in Israel at some point during the month of Elul in order to receive is Chassidim and Talmidim and provide them with guidance and blessings ahead of the High Holidays.

The Rebbes name for Tehillim is Yisroel ben Leah Esther.
