Jerusalem mayoral hopeful Ofir Berkowitz, of the Hisorarus party, has received backing for his campaign, as is revealed on his Facebook page. Among his backers are former minister, Dan Meridor, the mayor of Yerucham, and a daughter of the late Jerusalem mayor, Teddy Kollek. The acclaiming video shows he is already backed by many others, including his receiving a warm welcome in Machane Yehuda.

Supporters explain Berkowitz has already been working for the city for ten years, remaining totally committed to the city and its residents, seeking to serve as the mayor of all the residents regardless of their affiliation.
