After his election to Knesset Likud’s MK-elect Moshe Feiglin can no longer be prevented from visiting Har Habayis, at least not after taking his oath of office. This is the result of his parliamentary immunity.
When Feiglin and his entourage arrived at Har Habayis on Wednesday, 19 Shevat 5773, as is his custom, to visit the 19th of every month, police did not prevent him as they did on previous visits, but they did not permit the approximately 20 people in his group to accompany him.
On the visit which took place on the 19th of Teves Feiglin was arrested after he was observed possibly davening.
