During recent weeks, police have been investigating rock-throwing attacks against buses and vehicles on Chaim Bar Lev Blvd. in Jerusalem from the area of the Choma HaSlishis neighborhood nearby, a Jerusalem police spokesman reports.
Using intelligence and others means, police investigators realized the responsible persons are two talmidim of yeshiva ketana, residents of Central Israel, who were taken into custody last Thursday.

Finally they got the guts to get these little rascals off the streets !!
Where are the mothers and fathers of these kids??
Rocks can kill and maim.
Since when did murder or condeming an innocent person to a life long brain injury or facial disfigurement become a good thing to do?
Yeshiva ketanah? Good grief, what are they teaching these kids? Time to check out the parents and teachers. In the US “contributing to the delinquency of a minor” is an indictable crime. Isn’t there something similar in Israel? the parents and teachers should sit in jail a bit. Throwing rocks is a matter of pikuach nefesh.
A story from the 60s, something I heard in Yerushalayim but don’t know if it’s actually true. A group of people in a Chareidi neighborhood got tired of the chilonim who drove through b’davka on Shabbos, so they strung a wire up across the entrance to their street. A motorcyle rider came through that Shabbos. He didn’t see the wire, but it was strung at head height, and it decapitated him, killing him instantly. The residents were horrified – they had no intention of killing anyone, but you can’t foresee what can happen. They took the wire down and asked for mechilah from the man’s family.
