It now appears that all efforts to save the Netiv HaAvot neighborhood of Yishuv Elazar have failed and the community will be destroyed in line with a High Court of Justice ruling in the coming days. This means the fifteen families living in permanent homes will be compelled to move to cara-villa temporary homes and like the residents of Migron, Beit El’s Ulpana neighborhood and Migron, their lives will be torn asunder due to the ruling of the High Court.
In this case, as was the case in some of the other evictions, the land dispute with Arabs remains questionable, but the court is nonetheless quick to expel the Jews rather than adjudicating a monetary settlement. The lands that have been evacuated by Jews have not been used by the Arabs. They simply want to see more homes destroyed and the High Court is all too willing to comply.
A protest rally is set for Monday, 28 Sivan at 6:00PM at Netiv HaAvot, a last cry by rabbonim and public officials for state officials to come to their senses and prevent the destruction.

CHILLUL HASHEM!
These violent protestors are not chareidim. This isnt the way to deal with something you dont like.
These bored people dont have anything else to do for entertainment? They inconvenience thousands because the High Court did something they dont like. So, there are civil ways to deal with this.
And anyway its all fake news. Nobody is getting kicked out. There was never a point in Israeli history where there were more settlements. The Israeli government is the world’s biggest supporter of settlements. They just want to squeeze more money out of Williamsburg.
