Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu instructed the head of the national security council Meir Ben Shabbat to consider having Israel use the tax money that it collects from the Palestinian Authority to pay for damages caused by kite bombs in the western Negev and Gaza periphery.
According to the instruction handed down, the council will look into utilizing tax money that it collects on monthly basis on behalf of the Palestinian Authority. It is yet unclear the legal ramifications of such a move.
A small group of terrorists managed to cut through the fence on Sunday, in the southern Gaza Strip and set an equipment container that belonged to a civilian contractor on fire. The contractor was working on the construction of the subterranean wall that is supposed to separate between Gaza and Israel. After setting the blaze the group of terrorists returned to the Gaza Strip. IDF forces that were alerted to the incident began widespread searches for any remaining terrorists on the Israeli side of the fence.

Sorry, when you are waging war, you don’t ask a lawyer when you need to shoot.
This is war and we have to win. Take all their money and hope they will stop.
There is no choice, and don’t talk about legalities until the war is won.
