According to news reports from Channels 10 and 2 on Tuesday 4 Shevat 5773, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu has more or less decided which parties he wants to partner with in the next coalition government and it is not looking good for the chareidim or right-wing.
Channel 10 reports the prime minister has already contacted Yair Lapid, indicating he prefers Yesh Atid as a coalition partner of Bayit HaYehudi and he prefers a centrist/left-wing coalition with Lapid and Livni, and possibly Labor’s Shelly Yacimovich than moving right with Bayit Yehudi and the chareidim.
