A PA (Palestinian Authority) resident who tried entering Green Line Israel with a knife which he just had sharpened for his murderous mission, was B’chasdei Hashem apprehended before he could murder his former employee and others.
After being apprehended he told police he wished to become a “Shahid” (martyr). This is what police have learned following the arrest of the suspect at the Kalandia Crossing to Jerusalem on May 13, 2018, and his subsequent interrogation.
Authorities have drafted a criminal indictment against the Shechem area resident, after he admitted to his planned actions. The suspect, in his 30s, is a resident of Dir Sharaf. He is also being charged in taking part in unlawful protests and possession of a M16 assault rifle, relating to other past activities.
