As has become minhag on all Yomim Tovim, thousands of mispallalim are scheduled to arrive in Meron, at the tziyun of the Rashbi and in Uman to spend Shabbos/Shavuos at the tziyun of Rav Nachman of Breslov ZT”L.
The Shomrim organization in Uman calls on everyone to report any incident, no matter how trivial it may appear, by calling +38-073-414-9975.
United Hatzalah reports it will have manpower standing by to address medical emergencies in Uman as well as at the tziyun of the Baal Shem Tov should they arise. Head of United Hatzalah Ukraine Rav Hillel Cohen explains the UH ambulance will be on call and there will be staff with local personnel as well as volunteers from Israel.
Yossi Zilkowitz of Mosdos Chasdei Shabtai adds, it organization’s Shabbos clinic will operate during Shabbos and Yomtov to meet medical needs, manned by EMTs and a non-Jewish physician. They also can provide medical equipment including pain killers, wheelchairs and other unspecified items.

I see a sign that says “police- Mishtara”. Who is actually acting as police? Do they have Ukrainian officers present? Do any Israeli police travel there (and do they have any jurisdiction)? Or is it simply a self-appointed group?
