Florida Governor Rick Scott was in Israel on Monday for the opening of the new US Embassy in Jerusalem.
Scott, a Republican running for a US Senate seat in November, also visted the Kosel and met with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
What an honor it was to be in Jerusalem for the historic opening of the U.S. Embassy. It is more important than ever for FL and the U.S. to partner with Israel and celebrate this momentous occasion together. pic.twitter.com/EkvpyqvsUc

Today, I visited the Western Wall as our country moves the U.S. Embassy to its rightful home in Israel’s capital city, Jerusalem. FL stands with Israel today and for generations to come. pic.twitter.com/Li8Dg9JlIx
