Magen David Adom on Tuesday, 23 Iyar, conducted a simulated plane crash training exercise at Ben-Gurion Airport involving a Boeing 747-400. Also participating in the exercise were Israel Police, Fire, and the IDF.

The emergency personnel had to process, treat and evacuate 120 fatalities and 145 injured and 35 victims who did not sustain injuries.

An array of ambulances and specialized vehicles took part, as did IDF choppers.

The incident command was set up in Magen David Adom’s mobile command vehicle.
