Police report they are ready for Lag B’Omer in Meron, an operation that demands almost year-round preparations. Police stress that no one is to attempt travel to Meron in a private vehicle, and vehicles parked on shoulders and areas along the route will be removed. The only access to Meron will be by public bus. One may call the Israel Police 110 information number for constant real-time traffic updates and additional information on the Meron operation.
The attached documents provide information regarding which bus company is serving cities and municipalities around the country, time schedules and departure points. There is also the official map of the Meron area, which provides information regarding the various bus stops and parking facilities for the various companies that will be a part of the Meron operation.
There is also a schedule for the lighting of the bonfires by the various rabbonim and admorim.

Its impossible to read the schedules because of the small print but does every rebbe with a good sized number of chassidim get his own bonfire? How do they decide who gets to do what? Are there special bonfire lightings for political leaders?
