A 15-day administrative closure order signed by Jerusalem Police Chief Yoram Halevy was given to the owner of a Bar Ilan pizza shop at 6 Bar-Ilan Street in Jerusalem for the employment of illegal PA (Palestinian Authority) residents.
Closing orders given to businesses and companies that employ illegal residents constitute an important and central part of the police’s determined struggle against the entry of illegal aliens, complainants and employers, as well as against any entity that assists in reaching and staying illegal aliens in the territory of the State of Israel. Illegal entry of illegal aliens into Israeli territory may serve as a platform for criminal activity and/or terrorists activity.
On 10 Nissan, two illegal aliens were caught by the activity of the police. According to the suspicion, they worked for the store in question. On Thursday, 13 Nissan, police handed over to the owner of the pizza shop at an administrative closure order signed by the commander of the Jerusalem district.
The order orders the closure of the business immediately for 15 days after it was established he employs the two illegals, which is a violation of the law and poses a threat to the area.
