On Sunday evening, two Israelis injured in separate incidents in Judea and Samaria. The first incident occurred around 6:00 p.m. Israel time when an Israeli citizen accidentally drove into the Palestinian town of Hussan located near Bethlehem.
The driver of the car suffered a head wound that Israeli media has attributed to stone throwing, while a spokesperson for the IDF claimed that the injury was suffered after the driver was involved in a car accident. The IDF entered Hussan in order to extricate the driver. United Hatzalah and Magen David Adom volunteers waited for the military to extricate the patient from the Palestinian town before they were able to treat him for his injury.
In a separate incident, Palestinians terrorists threw rocks at an Israeli car outside of the quarries near the town of Kochav Hashachar just before 8:00 p.m. Israel time. The driver was lightly injured and treated at the scene for his injuries by United Hatzalah first responders before he was transported to Shaare Tzedek medical center.
This wave of rock-throwing terror followed closely upon the heels of a stabbing attack that took place in the Old City of Jerusalem on Sunday afternoon.
