Moshe Gafne has already sent a message to the Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon, requesting a NIS 3 million increase for Kimcha D’pischa.

During a session of the Knesset Finance Committee, which Gafne chairs, he presented Labor & Social Affairs Minister (Likud) Chaim Katz, explaining additional funds must by added to allocations for Kimcha D’pischa.

Gafne repeated this a number of times, adding he was told there is funding but he went to Ministry of Social Affairs officials to check, and then he was told there are no funds available.
