The police dispatcher received a call for a suspicious male walking around an Upper Nazareth shopping center, near a Mashbir department store. A unit was dispatched, and the person was confronted and asked to identify himself.

Police learned the suspicious person was a Gaza resident inside Israel illegally and in possession of stolen credit cards. Police learned he broke into an area home, the home of an American citizen, and stole the credit cards and cash. Police learned he regularly broke into area homes for cash and other valuables.

He was arraigned, and the Nazareth Magistrate Court extended his detention until Friday as the investigation continues.
