In this Likud party promotional video, we see the excited aide to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu alerting him of all the cases being announced against him, cases alleging wrongdoing – based on the mounting cases being probed by Israel Police today against the prime minister.
Mr. Netanyahu himself explains these cases are a smokescreen, an effort to instill fear in Likud supporters. Mr. Netanyahu calls on supporters to remember, “It’s either Likud or them”.

Boy, this sounds familiar, though the familiar story is written left to right.
Only Netanyahu can lead Likud? This guy has an ego approaching … Trump’s.
I emphasize: I do not know the merits of the actual charges against Bibi, but if he is saying that only he can lead Likud, it suggests that his plan to hang on to office is to insist that he is needed despite his corrupt practices.
